At KeleLani Kollection each of our products is handmade by the owner, from designing to cutting, sewing, shipping all the office work. We are NOT mass produced. We do our very best when making the products to give the best attention to detail and quality. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within (2-5 days) of delivery at kelelanik@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution (such as a replacement or store credit, if applicable)
